PLEASANTON, CA – December 4, 2018 – Associa Northern California announced the recent promotion of Kelly Zibell, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, to branch president.
Ms. Zibell has more than 15 years of community management experience and has worked in a variety of capacities including rental management, portfolio management, administration, project management, accounting, and executive leadership. She has been a member of the Associa team for 10 years and served in several positions including senior community association manager, systems training consultant, and director of implementation. Ms. Zibell most recently served as the senior vice president of operations where she oversaw all management services, operations, escrow, and accounting services.
As the new branch president, Ms. Zibell will focus on client growth, building best practices, developing new educational methods, and providing continued education to managers, board members, realtors, and industry partners. She will also continue the branch’s community outreach and volunteer work through Associa’s national non-profit organization, Associa Cares.

Ms. Zibell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Chico where she graduated cum laude. She has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
