Albuquerque, NM – December 7, 2018 – Associa Canyon Gate has been helping local residents who have been affected by man-made and natural disasters through Associa’s national non-profit organization,Associa Cares.
New Mexico recently experienced a record-breaking flood that impacted many communities, damaging homes and contaminating wells across the area. With the help of Associa Cares, donations were provided to families to help them get back on their feet. One recipient used the funds to install a water filtration system to keep her family safe and healthy. Another family, who lost their entire home in a fire, used the funds to replace items lost in the blaze.
“Associa Canyon Gate is dedicated to our community and we wanted to help each of these familiesduring their time of need,” stated Kim Corcoran, Associa Canyon Gate president. “Associa Cares providesdirect grants to those who have lost their homes or been displaced during a disaster. During these fragile times, we understand that a little help goes a long way and we wanted the families to know that Associa cares.”
